حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الثَّقَفِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَجَبٍ الْأَنْبَارِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الضُّرَيْسِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي الرِّجَالِ عَنْ أَبِي الْيَقْظَانِ عِمْرَانِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ السَّعْدِيِّ قَالَ

أَتَيْتُ حُذَيْفَةَ بْنَ الْيَمَانِ وَهُوَ فِي مَسْجِدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «خَدِيجَةُ بِنْتُ خُوَيْلِدٍ سَابِقَةُ نِسَاءِ الْعَالَمِينَ إِلَى الْإِيمَانِ بِاللَّهِ وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص

✧ I came to Hudhayfah b. al-Yaman while he was in the mosque of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and I heard him say: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say, “Khadijah bt. Khuwaylid is the foremost of the women of the worlds in faith in Allah and in Muhammad ﷺ.” Al-Dhahabi remained silent about it in the Talkhis.
