✧ Then Isaac son of Abraham was the one whom God made a light, a radiance, and a comfort to his parents. He was among the most handsome of people, the most beautiful, and the most eloquent in speech. He was fair, with curly hair and beard, resembling Abraham in form and character. To Isaac were born Jacob and Esau. Jacob was the better of the two, more eloquent, more beautiful, and more charming. Esau had much hair on his head, body, and face.
