حَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا هَارُونُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حُجَيْرٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ «كُنَّا نُحَدِّثُ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا لَمْ يَكْذِبْ عَلَيْهِ فَلَمَّا رَكِبَ النَّاسُ الصَّعْبَ وَالذَّلُولَ تَرَكْنَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْهُ وَصَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ»
