أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنْبَأَ النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ ثنا كَهْمَسُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ التَّمِيمِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي السَّلِيلِ ضُرَيْبِ بْنِ نَقِيرٍ الْقَيْسِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ

أَبُو ذَرٍّ جَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَتْلُو هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ {وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ} [الطلاق 3] قَالَ فَجَعَلَ يُرَدِّدُهَا حَتَّى نَعَسْتُ فَقَالَ «يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ لَوْ أَنَّ النَّاسَ أَخَذُوا بِهَا لَكَفَتْهُمْ»

✧ Abu Dharr: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ began to recite this verse: {And whoever fears Allah, He will make a way out for him and provide for him from where he does not expect} [al-Talaq 3]. He said: He kept repeating it until I became drowsy. Then he ﷺ said: 'O Abu Dharr, if the people acted upon it, it would suffice them.'
