أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ السَّيَّارِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَلِيِّ الْغَزَّالُ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ أَخْبَرَنِي مُصْعَبُ بْنُ ثَابِتِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ قَدِمَتْ قُتَيْلَةُ بِنْتُ الْعُزَّى بِنْتِ أَسْعَدَ مِنْ بَنِي مَالِكِ بْنِ حَسَلٍ عَلَى ابْنَتِهَا أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ وَكَانَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ طَلَّقَهَا فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَقَدِمَتْ عَلَى ابْنَتِهَا بِهَدَايَا ضِبَابًا وَسَمْنًا وَأَقِطًا فَأَبَتْ أَسْمَاءُ

أَنْ تَأْخُذَ مِنْهَا وَتَقْبَلَ مِنْهَا وَتُدْخِلَهَا مَنْزِلَهَا حَتَّى أَرْسَلَتْ إِلَى عَائِشَةَ أَنْ سَلِي عَنْ هَذَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَأَخْبَرَتْهُ «فَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَقْبَلَ هَدَايَاهَا وَتُدْخِلَهَا مَنْزِلَهَا» فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ ﷻ {لَا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِكُمْ أَنْ تَبَرُّوهُمْ} [الممتحنة 8] إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَتَيْنِ

✧ That she should take from her and accept from her and admit her into her home, until she sent to Aisha to ask the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about this. She informed him, and he commanded her to accept her gifts and admit her into her home. Then Allah ﷻ revealed: {Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes from being righteous toward them.} [Al-Mumtahina 8] to the end of the two verses.

  • «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» صحيح
