✧ Solomon son of David (peace be upon them both) asked Allah for three things, and He gave him two, and I hope He has given him the third. He asked Him for judgment that coincides with His judgment, and He gave him that. He asked Him for a kingdom that no one after him should have, and He gave him that. He asked Him that any man who leaves his house intending only to pray in this mosque—meaning the House of the Sanctuary—would depart from his sins as on the day his mother gave birth to him. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "We hope that Allah has given him that."
