حَدَّثَنَاهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ نُعَيْمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ بَصْرَةَ بْنِ أَكْثَمَ

أَنَّهُ نَكَحَ امْرَأَةً بِكْرًا وَدَخَلَ بِهَا فَوَجَدَهَا حُبْلَى «فَجَعَلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَلَدَهَا عَبْدًا لَهُ وَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا»
