أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّنْعَانِيِّ بِمَكَّةَ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بَالَوَيْهِ بِنَيْسَابُورَ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْقَطِيعِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ قَالَا ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنْبَأَ مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ
«رِيحُ الْجَنَّةِ لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ مِائَةِ عَامٍ وَمَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ يَقْتُلُ نَفْسًا مُعَاهَدَةً إِلَّا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ وَرَائِحَتَهَا أَنْ يَجِدَهَا»

✧ The fragrance of Paradise can be found from a distance of a hundred years' journey, and no servant kills a person under a covenant except that Allah forbids Paradise and its fragrance to him, that he should find it.
