✧ I was presented to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the day of Qurayzah, and they were uncertain about me. The Prophet ﷺ ordered that they look at me to see if I had grown pubic hair. They looked at me and did not find that I had, so he let me go and sent me with the captives. This is a hadith narrated by a group of the leading scholars of the Muslims from Abd al-Malik b. Umayr, but the two (al-Bukhari and Muslim) did not include it. It seems they did not consider the corroboration of Mujahid b. Jubayr for Abd al-Malik in his narration from Atiyyah al-Qurazi, according to the conditions of al-Bukhari and Muslim.
