أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ بِبَغْدَادَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ وَأَخْبَرَنِي الْحَسَنُ بْنُ حَلِيمٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ ثنا أَبُو الْمُوَجِّهِ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ ثنا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ
خَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَقَوْمٌ مِنْ أَسْلَمَ يَرْمُونَ فَقَالَ «ارْمُوا بَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلَ فَإِنَّ أَبَاكُمْ كَانَ رَامِيًا ارْمُوا وَأَنَا مَعَ ابْنِ الْأَدْرَعِ» فَأَمْسَكَ الْقَوْمُ قِسِيِّهِمْ فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَنْ كُنْتَ مَعَهُ غَلَبَ قَالَ «ارْمُوا وَأَنَا مَعَكُمْ كُلِّكُمْ» على شرط مسلم

✧ The Prophet ﷺ went out while a group from Aslam were shooting arrows. He said: "Shoot, O sons of Ishmael, for your father was an archer. Shoot, and I am with the son of al-Adra'." The people held back their bows and said: "O Messenger of Allah, whoever you are with wins." He said: "Shoot, and I am with all of you." [Reported] according to the condition of Muslim.
