حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْمَنْصُورِ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ بِبَغْدَادَ فِي دَارِ الْخِلَافَةِ ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْهَاشِمِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

«إِذَا كَانَتِ الْهِبَةُ لِذِي رَحِمٍ مُحَرَّمٍ لَمْ يَرْجِعْ فِيهَا»
