أَخْبَرَنَاهُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ حَمْدَانَ الْجَلَّابُ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْجَهْمِ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زِيَادٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الثَّقَفِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ السَّدُوسِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ وَأَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ مَخْلَدِ بْنِ خُفَافٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ الْخَرَاجَ بِالضَّمَانِ» وَحَدِيثُ عَاصِمٍ «قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنَّ الْخَرَاجَ بِالضَّمَانِ» رَوَاهُ الثَّوْرِيُّ وَابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ وَيَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ «أَمَّا حَدِيثُ الثَّوْرِيِّ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, the produce is with the liability." And the hadith of 'Asim: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that the produce is with the liability." It was narrated by al-Thawri, Ibn al-Mubarak, and Yahya b. Sa'id from Ibn Abi Dhi'b. "As for the hadith of al-Thawri."
