حَدَّثَنَاهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ ثنا أَبُو الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ
«أَكْمَلُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِيمَانًا أَحْسَنُهُمْ خُلُقًا»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ لَمْ يُخَرَّجْ فِي الصَّحِيحَيْنِ وَهُوَ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ فَقَدِ اسْتَشْهَدَ بِأَحَادِيثَ لِلْقَعْقَاعِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَقَدِ احْتَجَّ بِمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ «وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ أَيْضًا عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَشُعَيْبِ بْنِ الْحَبْحَابِ عَنْ أَنَسٍ وَرَوَاهُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ» وَأَنَا أَخْشَى أَنَّ أَبَا قِلَابَةَ لَمْ يَسْمَعْهُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ
