✧ He used to supplicate with these words: 'O Allah, You are the First, nothing is before You, and You are the Last, nothing is after You. I seek refuge with You from the evil of every creature whose forelock is in Your hand. I seek refuge with You from sin and laziness, from the punishment of the grave, from the trial of wealth, and from the trial of the grave. I seek refuge with You from wrongdoing and debt. O Allah, purify my heart from sins as You purified the white garment from filth. O Allah, distance between me and my sins as You distanced between the East and the West.'
