أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ التَّاجِرُ بِمَرْوَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَنْبَأَ سُلَيْمَانُ التَّيْمِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ عَنْ سَلْمَانَ قَالَ
«إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَسْتَحِي أَنْ يَبْسُطَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَيْهِ يَدَيْهِ فِيهِمَا خَيْرًا فَيَرُدَّهُمَا خَائِبَتَيْنِ»

هَذَا إِسْنَادٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَقَدْ وَصَلَهُ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ
