✧ In the early days of Hajj, people used to trade at Mina, 'Arafah, the market of Dhu al-Majaz, and the Hajj gatherings. They feared engaging in trade while in ihram, so Allah, Blessed and Exalted, revealed: {There is no blame on you in seeking bounty from your Lord} [al-Baqarah: 198] regarding the Hajj gatherings. He said: 'Ubayd ibn 'Umayr narrated to me that he used to recite it from the mushaf.
