أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الثَّقَفِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الثَّعْلَبِيُّ ثنا وَكِيعٌ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُخَيْمِرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَمَّارٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ
«أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِصَدَقَةِ الْفِطْرِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَنْزِلَ الزَّكَاةُ فَلَمَّا نَزَلَتِ الزَّكَاةُ لَمْ يَأْمُرْنَا وَلَمْ يَنْهَنَا وَنَحْنُ نَفْعَلُهُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded us to give the zakah of fitr before the zakah (on wealth) was revealed. When the zakah (on wealth) was revealed, he neither commanded us nor forbade us, and we continue to do it.

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَإِنَّمَا جَعَلْتُهُ بِإِزَاءِ حَدِيثِ أَبِي عَمَّارٍ فَإِنَّهُ عَلَى الِاسْتِحْبَابِ وَهَذَا عَلَى الْوُجُوبِ
