أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ الْعَنَزِيُّ ثنا مُعَاذُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ الْقُرَشِيُّ ثنا خَلَّادُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ثنا سُفْيَانُ وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْقَطِيعِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ وَهُوَ ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ أَنَّ عَلِيًّا قَالَ

لِأَبِي هَيَّاجٍ «أَبْعَثُكَ عَلَى مَا بَعَثَنِي عَلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنْ لَا تَدَعْ تِمْثَالًا إِلَّا طَمَسْتَهُ وَلَا قَبْرًا مُشْرِفًا إِلَّا سَوَّيْتَهُ»

  • هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَأَظُنُّهُ لِخِلَافٍ فِيهِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ فَإِنَّهُ قَالَ مَرَّةً عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْهَيَّاجِ وَقَدْ صَحَّ سَمَاعُ أَبِي وَائِلٍ مِنْ عَلِيٍّ
