حَدَّثَنِي جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ ثنا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ أَخْبَرَنِي شَيْبَانُ أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ

«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَا يُطِيلُ الْمَوْعِظَةَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ إِنَّمَا هُنَّ كَلِمَاتٌ يَسِيرَاتٌ»
