✧ We went out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to al-Baqi', and he saw a fresh grave and said, "What is this grave?" They said, "So-and-so, the freedwoman of so-and-so, died at noon while you were taking a midday nap, and we disliked waking you." He said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood and lined us up behind him, and he said the takbir over her four times. Then he said, 'No one should die while I am among you without informing me.'" He said, "And I think he said, 'For my prayer over him is a mercy.'"
