✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed the dawn prayer for us, then admonished us with an eloquent admonition that made eyes weep and hearts tremble. A man said: O Messenger of Allah, it seems like the admonition of one bidding farewell, so advise us. He said: "I enjoin you to fear Allah and to hear and obey, even if a slave of Abyssinia is in charge. Whoever lives after me will see much disagreement; so you must keep to my sunnah and the sunnah of the rightly guided and rightly guiding caliphs, biting on it with the molar teeth. Beware of newly introduced matters, for every newly introduced matter is an innovation."
