✧ I asked Maymunah, my maternal aunt, about the ghusl of the Prophet ﷺ from janabah. She said: A vessel would be brought to him, and he would pour with his right hand over his left, washing his private parts and whatever had been affected. Then he would perform the ablution he performs for prayer. Then he would wash his head and the rest of his body. Then he would move and wash his feet. Then a towel would be brought to him, and he would place it in front of him and shake off his fingers, but he would not touch it.
