أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ عَنْ وَهْبِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ

أَتَيْنَا عُمَرَ فِي الْمُشَرَّكَةِ فَلَمْ يُشَرِّكْ ثُمَّ أَتَيْنَاهُ الْعَامَ الْمُقْبِلَ فَشَرَّكَ فَقُلْنَا لَهُ فَقَالَ «تِلْكَ عَلَى مَا قَضَيْنَاهُ وَهَذِهِ عَلَى مَا قَضَيْنَا»

✧ We came to Umar concerning al-musharrakah, and he did not make them sharers. Then we came to him the following year, and he made them sharers. We said to him, and he said: “That was according to what we judged then, and this is according to what we judge now.”
