أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْفَزَارِيِّ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ قَالَ
«السُّنَّةُ قَاضِيَةٌ عَلَى الْقُرْآنِ وَلَيْسَ الْقُرْآنُ بِقَاضٍ عَلَى السُّنَّةِ»
