أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شُبْرُمَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ يَقُولُ
«مَا كَتَبْتُ سَوْدَاءَ فِي بَيْضَاءَ وَلَا اسْتَعَدْتُ حَدِيثًا مِنْ إِنْسَانٍ»
