أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ
دَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَسَمِعَ قِرَاءَةَ رَجُلٍ فَقَالَ «مَنْ هَذَا؟» قِيلَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ قَيْسٍ قَالَ «لَقَدْ أُوتِيَ هَذَا مِزْمَارًا مِنْ مَزَامِيرِ آلِ دَاوُدَ»
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered and heard a man reciting. He said, “Who is this?” It was said, “ʿAbdullāh b. Qays.” He said, “This one has been given a flute from the flutes of the family of Dāwūd.”
