Sunan ad-Darimi 3449

✧ The Virtues of Surah al-Kahf.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدَةَ عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ قَالَ

«مَنْ قَرَأَ آخِرَ سُورَةِ الْكَهْفِ لِسَاعَةٍ يُرِيدُ يَقُومُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ قَامَهَا» قَالَ عَبْدَةُ «فَجَرَّبْنَاهُ فَوَجَدْنَاهُ كَذَلِكَ»

Translation

✧ “Whoever recites the end of Surah al-Kahf at an hour he intends to rise during the night, he will rise at it.” ‘Abdah said, “We tried it and found it to be so.”
