حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ أَنْبَأَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ
«لَا يَجُوزُ طَلَاقُ الْغُلَامِ وَلَا وَصِيَّتُهُ وَلَا هِبَتُهُ وَلَا صَدَقَتُهُ وَلَا عَتَاقَتُهُ حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ»
