حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ أََنْبَأََنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ قَالَ

«لَا يَجُوزُ لِوَارِثٍ وَصِيَّةٌ»
