حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ

«الْكَفَنُ مِنْ وَسَطِ الْمَالِ فيُكَفَّنُ عَلَى قَدْرِ مَا كَانَ يَلْبَسُ فِي حَيَاتِهِ ثُمَّ يُخْرَجُ الدَّيْنُ ثُمَّ الثُّلُثُ»

Translation

✧ “The shroud is taken from the middle of the wealth. He is shrouded according to what he used to wear during his life. Then the debt is paid, then the one-third.”
