حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ شِنْظِيرٍ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ
فِي رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى بِأَكْثَرَ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ وَفِيهِ عِتْقٌ؟ قَالَ «يُبْدَأُ بِالْعِتْقِ»
Translation
