حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا عَنْ عَامِرٍ
فِي مَمْلُوكٍ تُوُفِّيَ وَلَهُ أَبٌ حُرٌّ وَلَهُ بَنُونَ مِنَ امْرَأَةٍ حُرَّةٍ لِمَنْ وَلَاءُ وَلَدِهِ؟ قَالَ «لِمَوَالِي الْجَدِّ»
