أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ
فِي امْرَأَةٍ مَاتَتْ وَتَرَكَتْ بَنِيهَا فَوَرِثُوهَا مَالًا وَمَوَالِيَ ثُمَّ مَاتَ بَنُوهَا قَالَ «يَرْجِعُ الْوَلَاءُ إِلَى عَصَبَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ»
