ح وحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا

«لَا تَرِثُ النِّسَاءُ مِنَ الْوَلَاءِ إِلَّا مَا أَعْتَقْنَ أَوْ كَاتَبْنَ»

Translation
