حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ قَالَ
«لَا تَرِثُ النِّسَاءُ مِنَ الْوَلَاءِ إِلَّا مَا أَعْتَقْنَ أَوْ أَعْتَقَ مَنْ أَعْتَقْنَ»
