حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ وَابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَا
«لَا يُوَرَّثُ الْحَمِيلُ إِلَّا بِبَيِّنَةٍ»
