✧ What the Prophet ﷺ honored more than the pulpit of Hunayn

أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ أَنْبَأَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ
كَانَ «يَخْطُبُ إِلَى جِذْعٍ فَلَمَّا اتَّخَذَ الْمِنْبَرَ حَنَّ الْجِذْعُ حَتَّى أَتَاهُ فَمَسَحَهُ»
Translation

✧ He used to deliver the sermon leaning on a palm trunk. When the pulpit was made, the trunk yearned until he came to it and wiped it.
