أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَنْبَأَنَا أَشْعَثُ عَنْ الْحَكَمِ وَسَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ

أَنَّ ابْنَةَ حَمْزَةَ أَعْتَقَتْ عَبْدًا لَهَا فَمَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ وَمَوْلَاتَهُ بِنْتَ حَمْزَةَ «فَقَسَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مِيرَاثَهُ بَيْنَ ابْنَتِهِ وَمَوْلَاتِهِ بِنْتِ حَمْزَةَ نِصْفَيْنِ»

✧ The daughter of Hamzah freed a slave of hers, then he died and left his daughter and his mawlat, the daughter of Hamzah. "So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ divided his inheritance between his daughter and his mawlat, the daughter of Hamzah, into two halves."

    يرويه الحكم بن عتيبة واختلف عنه فرواه جابر الجعفي عن الحكم عن عبد الله بن شداد عن أم الفضل بنت حمزة وقال ابن أبي ليلى عن الحكم عن عبد الله بن شداد عن بنت حمزة ولم يكنها ورواه شعبة عن الحكم عن عبد الله بن شداد قال كانت أختي بنت حمزة وأرسله وكذلك قال ابن عون عن الحكم عن عبد الله بن شداد وكذلك قال عبد الله بن أبي الجعد عن عبد الله بن شداد ورواه محمد بن سالم عن الشعبي وقال عن عبد الله بن شداد عن أبيه شداد بن الهاد ولم يتابع على هذا القول ومحمد بن سالم ضعيف والمرسل أصح
