حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي رَجُلٍ لَهُ بَنُونَ قَدْ أَعْتَقَ مِنْ بَعْضِهِمُ النِّصْفَ وَمِنْ بَعْضِهِمُ الثُّلُثَ وَمِنْ بَعْضٍ الرُّبُعَ قَالَ «لَا يَرِثُونَ حَتَّى يُعْتَقُوا»
Translation

✧ About a man who has sons and he freed half of some of them, a third of some of them, and a quarter of some. He said, "They do not inherit until they are fully freed."
