✧ In the inheritance of the cursed son.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْحَلَبِيُّ مُوسَى بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ
«مِيرَاثُ وَلَدِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ لِأُمِّهِ» قُلْتُ فَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُ أَخٌ مِنْ أُمِّهِ؟ قَالَ «لَهُ السُّدُسُ»
