حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ
«لَا تَرِثُ أُمُّ أَبِ الْأُمِّ ابْنُهَا الَّذِي تُدْلِي بِهِ لَا يَرِثُ فَكَيْفَ تَرِثُ هِيَ؟»
