أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ
«قَضَى مُعَاذُ بْنُ جَبَلٍ بِالْيَمَنِ فِي بِنْتٍ وَأُخْتٍ فَأَعْطَى الْبِنْتَ النِّصْفَ وَالْأُخْتَ النِّصْفَ»
