✧ Abdullah heard of an earthquake, and he said, "We, the companions of Muhammad ﷺ, used to count the signs as blessings, but you count them as intimidation. While we were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and had no water with us, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Seek someone who has extra water.' Water was brought, and he poured it into a vessel, then placed his palm in it, and the water began to come out from between his fingers. Then he said, 'Come to the blessed purification; blessing is from Allah, exalted is He.' So we drank." Abdullah said, "We used to hear the glorification of food while it was being eaten."
