✧ While the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was sitting, he laughed and said, 'Will you not ask me what makes me laugh?' They said, 'What makes you laugh?' He said, 'I marvel at the affair of the believer—all of it is good for him. If what he loves befalls him, he praises Allah, and that is good for him. If what he dislikes befalls him and he is patient, that is good for him. No one's affair is entirely good except the believer's.'
