أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ

«رَخَّصَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا بِالتَّمْرِ وَالرُّطَبِ وَلَمْ يُرَخِّصْ فِي غَيْرِ ذَلِكَ»
