أَخْبَرَنَا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ عَنْ حَجَّاجِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ لَيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزَّاهِرِيَّةِ يَرْفَعُ الْحَدِيثَ أنَّ اللَّهَ قَالَ
«أَبُثُّ الْعِلْمَ فِي آخِرِ الزَّمَانِ حَتَّى يَعْلَمَهُ الرَّجُلُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ وَالْعَبْدُ وَالْحُرُّ وَالصَّغِيرُ وَالْكَبِيرُ فَإِذَا فَعَلْتُ ذَلِكَ بِهِمْ أَخَذْتُهُمْ بِحَقِّي عَلَيْهِمْ»
