أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ الثَّقَفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي لَيْلَى هُوَ الْكِنْدِيُّ عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ غَفَلَةَ قَالَ
أَتَانَا مُصَدِّقُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَأَخَذْتُ بِيَدِهِ فَقَرَأْتُ فِي عَهْدِهِ «أَنْ لَا يُجْمَعَ بَيْنَ مُتَفَرِّقٍ وَلَا يُفَرَّقَ بَيْنَ مُجْتَمِعٍ خَشْيَةَ الصَّدَقَةِ»
