أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ عَنِ الْقُنُوتِ فَقَالَ قَبْلَ الرُّكُوعِ قَالَ فَقُلْتُ إِنَّ فُلَانًا يزَعَمَ أَنَّكَ قُلْتَ بَعْدَ الرُّكُوعِ قَالَ كَذَبَ ثُمَّ حَدَّثَ «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَنَتَ شَهْرًا بَعْدَ الرُّكُوعِ ويَدْعُو عَلَى حَيٍّ مِنْ بَنِي سُلَيْمٍ»

✧ I asked Anas b. Malik about the Qunut. He said: Before the rukūʿ. I said: So-and-so claims that you said after the rukūʿ. He said: He lied. Then he narrated that the Prophet ﷺ performed Qunut for a month after the rukūʿ, supplicating against a tribe of Banu Sulaym.
