Sunan ad-Darimi 1554

✧ Prayer upon the departed

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَنْبَأَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ

كَانَ يُصَلِّي عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ نَحْوَ الْمَشْرِقِ فَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ الْمَكْتُوبَةَ نَزَلَ فَاسْتَقْبَلَ الْقِبْلَةَ»
