✧ Jabir narrated that the Prophet ﷺ used to pray Zuhr when the sun declined, Asr while it was still bright or clear, Maghrib when the sun set, and Isha sometimes he would hasten it and sometimes delay it. When the people gathered he would hasten, and when they were late he would delay. As for Subh, they would sometimes—or he would sometimes—pray it in the darkness before dawn.
